This unit is located on the ground floor. It is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

This space is all for you, the entrance is direct from the back parking lot, offering 2 off street parking spaces (plenty of on street parking available as well if needed).

This space is in a diverse, up and coming neighborhood and is within a 5 minute walk to 13 local breweries and distilleries. In addition it's a 10 minute walk (or less) to the Back Cove trails, East End Beach, and the Old Port, filled with nationally recognized restaurants, bars, and shops...the heart of our city! We have new restaurants and shops opening around each corner nearly weekly! You can find fresh oysters, local coffee, Salvadorian, Mediterranean, bbq, the best pho in the city, and more a 1-3 minute walk away!

We suggest walking if it’s not raining or too cold. An Uber will cost 5 dollars to get you anywhere downtown and if you brought a car there are 2 dedicated off street parking spots for you.

We will provide you with your own individual code for the electronic keypad on the day of your arrival. WiFi information can be found in the unit.
